Broken hand, separated shoulder, shin splints, stress fractured shins and ankles, over training syndrome, umbilical hernia, torn ankle ligaments, IT band flare-up's, torn labrum, concussions - this is the short list of injuries I can think of that I, or close friends of mine, have raced with. With my horseback riding and soccer background I became a self-proclaimed rehab expert over the years, with an arsenal of: epsom salts, tiger balm, dit dow jow liniment, kinesiology tape, foam rolling, stretching, and rest. I can "fix-up" a wide variety of issues to make someone "raceable" for an OCR.
