Following up last weeks "wall" with a week of rest and refreshment. My massage went well...not too enjoyable when your body is jumbled up in knots. The therapist told me she could have spent the hour on my shoulders without getting anywhere. Nice. I see her again in three weeks. I also spent a night at happy hour with a good friend of mine. I ate way, way too much food. I was like Thanksgiving full. But I laughed and smiled and had an amazing time. The following night I played two back to back soccer games and burned most of those calories off. I also almost ended up on the ground with a calf cramp in the second game.
