We are three weeks away from my first race of the season, which of course just has to be a Spartan Beast - and I am slowly but surely starting to freak out. I backed off my workouts post-OTS diagnosis, meaning my training has been decreased dramatically for about the last 3-4 weeks. I played two hours of soccer each week, but the rest of my time has been spent doing a few hours of low-impact cardio. And of course some upper body and core work. I've been doing yoga, swimming, and cycling. Running, besides soccer, has been avoided.
